This is near the end of the viewing, looking down toward the lower end of the canyon. It gets steeper and deeper as you go the the start.
Up near the lower falls Bonnie got this photo, with a rainbow from the falls mist.
This is the upper falls, near the top of the canyon.
Looking down into the canyon. The photos dont really show the depth very well.
This is the upper falls, from a viewpoint that has been very popular since the area was first explored. There are several famous paintings made from this spot.
Yellowstone is also famous for wildlife, and we saw a lot. We were told buffalo like to roll over on their back to scratch, and they do it in a dusty place so the dust gets in their fur and kills the bugs. Bonnie Got photos of this guy rolling around, then getting up and shaking the dust off.
We also saw lots of Elk, and deer.
